The property is well furnished and equipped throughout including dishwasher, washing machine and sun loungers. It is offered for rent inclusive of linen and electricity, heating (winter), pool (May-October inclusive) and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.
First floor accommodation;
separate entrance, fully fitted kitchen, large living and dining area, double bedroom with en-suite shower, three twin bedrooms, bathroom and another separate toilet.
Outside –
balcony and large terrace on first floor with covered shaded area, steps, which can be gated off, lead down to the garden, children's play area and games field. There is a barbecue and the private pool with its own sun terrace. There is also a large garage for shady car-parking and a private driveway.
